Wednesday, Jan. 1: 4 arrests and 6 crashes

12:54 a.m. Assault reported at 150 Franklin St.

1:05 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 215 Worcester Rd. Ambulance dispatched. One transported. Tow truck needed.

1:13 a.m. Report of a motor vehicle breakin at Foss Rd and hollis St.

1:20 a.m. Police arrested at Foss Rd Casey C. Major, 29, of 71 Waushakum St of Framingham. Charged with breaking and entering vehicle/boat at night (felony), possession buglarious instruments  

1:51 a.m. Undesirable individual reported at 824 Edgell Rd. Framingham Police removed one individual.

1:53 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Waverley St near the Ashland line. Ambulance dispatched. One transported. Highway department needed to clean up road and tow truck needed.       

2:12 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at McDonald's 343 Cochituate Rd.

2:32 a.m. Rock throwers reported 2 Wavereley St.  

3:12 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at at 1640 Worcester Rd.

3:20 a.m. Police arrested at her residence Elizabeth Gaudet, 25, of 15 Edmands Rd Apt 402 of Framingham. Charged with domestic assault and battery.

4:12 a.m. Police arrested at Benner House, 14 Union Ave. Edson Defiguerredo, 40, of 249 Cedar St. of Ashland. Charged on a warrant.  

 5:49 a.m. Police arrested at Hollis and Waushakum streets Jairo Seas, 28, of 82 Cedar St. of Framingham. Charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and operating a motor vehicle without a license.

6:46 a.m. Breaking & entering reported at 129 Warren Rd.  

4:58 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 1280 Worcester Rd, with no injuries.

7:18 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Old Conn Path and Speed Street, with no injuries.

9 p.m. Framingham Police provided k9 mutual aid to Ashland.
