Teen Arrested at 3 a.m. for Driving Without a License; 11 Crashes and Report of Man Exposing Himself at the Beach

Tuesday, July 16: 11 crashes and 6 arrests
1:47 a.m. Medical assistance requested at Butterworth Park, 250 Grant St. Framingham Fire transported one.

2:34 a.m. Motor vehicle investigation at Franklin and Proctor streets. Framingham Police make an arrest.

3:02 a.m. Police arrested a juvenile at Franklin & Proctor Streets. Charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license, refusing to stop for a police officer, operating a motor vehicle to endanger/recklessly, failure to stay in mark lanes and violation of traffic signals.

3:15 a.m. Report of a motor vehicle fire on Pleasant St. at the Southborough line. 

3:44 a.m. Report of an undesirable individual at Tedeschi's.  

4:04 a.m. Police arrested at Tedeschi's Matthew Joyce, 54, listed as homeless in Framingham. Charged with disorderly conduct.    

6:28 a.m. Hit & run crash reported at 152 Bishop St.    

7:24 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at MBTA Train Station, 545 Waverly St. Ambulance dispatched, 2 individuals transported. 
 
8:07 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Magic Oven, 470 Waverly St. No injuries. 

10:38 a.m. Medical assistance reported at Council on Aging, 535 Union Ave. Framingham Fire transported one.

11:37 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Tedeschi's, 430 Waverly St. No injuries. 

1:53 p.m. Medical assistance reported at Psychiatric Emergency, 354 Waverley St. Framingham Fire transported one.

1:56 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Salvation Army, 215 Worcester Rd, with no injuries. 

2:39 p.m. Missing person reported at Alexander St. Program.

2:43 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Christa McAuliffe Library branch, 10 Nicholas Rd.
3:07 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Central St. and Edgell Rd, with no injuries.
3:07 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 134 Franklin St. 

3:34 p.m. Report of person exposing themselves at Lerned's Beach. Framingham Police found nothing upon arrival.

4:02 p.m. Medical assistance reported at Framingham Highway Department, 100 Western Ave.  
 5:08 p.m. Unarmed robbery reported at 66 Dennison Ave.

5:08 p.m. Police arrested at 66 Dennison Ave Sergio Polanco, 36, of 4 beaver Park Rd of Framingham. Charged with unarmed robbery.

5:12 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Quinlan Dr and Beacon St., with no injuries. 

5:23 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 371 Worcester Rd involving a vehicle from Colorado. Crash was on Route 9 west but no injuries.

5:30 p.m. Police arrested at 66 Dennison Ave Carlos Fuerte, 30, of 48 Berry St. of Framingham. Charged with unarmed robbery, attempted murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapons and warrants.

5:33 p.m. Medical assistance reported at Shawmut Terrace. Framingham Police assisted.

5:41 p.m. Medical assistance reported at Learned's Beach, 38 Shawmut Terrace. Framingham Police assisted.

6;27 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Stop & Shop, Temple St., with no injuries.

7:51 p.m. Shoplifter reported at CVS Pharmacy.  8:30 p.m. Police arrested on Kendall Ave Armando V. Junior, 43, of Framingham. Charged with domestic assault.  

11:09 p.m. Medical assistance reported at 165 Fay Rd. Framingham Fire transported one.

10:26 p.m. Domestic assault reported at 28 Richardson Cir.10:39 p.m. Domestic assault reported at 49 Irving St. 

 11:24 p.m. Fireworks reported at Wilson Elementary School. Framingham Police found nothing upon arrival.

11:30 p.m. Police arrested at 49 Irving St. Jesse lallier, 59, of 49 Herbert St. of Framingham. Charged with domestic assault and battery.
