1:48 a.m. Report of fireworks on Second Street. Police found nothing upon arrival. 

3:04 a.m. Domestic assault reported at 74 South St.

3:15 p.m. Police arrested at his residence Manuel Oswaldo Malan-Malan, 29, of 74 South St. Apt. 31 of Framingham. Charged with threats to commit a crime and domestic assault and battery.

3:22 a.m. Fight reported at 12 Raymond St.

3:23 a.m. Disturbance reported at 83 Beaver Park Road

3:20 p.m. Police arrested at 12 Raymond St. Theodore C Borsel, 24, of 14 raymond St. of Framingham. Charged with disorderly conduct. 

6:30 p.m. Police arrested at 504 Hollis St. Luis Torres, 22, listed as homeless in Framingham. Charged on warrants. 

8:53 a.m. Breaking & entering reported at 43 Gates St.

9:03 a.m. Suspicious activity reported at Dunkin Donuts, 334 Waverley St. Framingham Police advised.    

12:12 p.m. Report of a motor vehicle broken into at 23 Clark St. 

12:45 p.m. Domestic assault reported at 58 Warren Rd. Framingham Police made an arrest.

12:48 p.m. Police arrested at his residence Jordon Lopez, 19, of 58 Warren Rd Apt 2 of Framingham. Charged with domestic assault and battery and malicious destruction of property over $250.

1:01 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at the Framingham leaf dump, 5 Dudley Rd. Report of a car into the retaining wall. No injuries.

1:09 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Temple St and Route 9 westbound, with no injuries.   

2:12 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 747 Pleasant St. Report of a motorcycling striking a deer.

5;45 p.m. Police arrested at 328 Edgell Rd Leonides Polanco, 40, of 320 Edgell Rd of Framingham. Charged with domestic assault and battery.                                        

7:28 p.m. Police arrested at Tedeschi's Fabriano Brando, 39, of 4 Hiram Rd of Framingham. Charged with public drinking, a Framingham Bylaw violation.        

7;45 p.m. Police arrested at Tedeschi's John H. Bleicher, 55, of 3 Claflin St. of Framingham. Charged on a warrant.

8:04 p.m. Police arrested at Arch and Union Ave Angel Gonzalez, 36, of 733 Fisher Drive of Kissimmee, Florida. Charged on a warrant.

10:30 p.m. Police arrested at Edgell and McAdams roads Cameron Skarnes, 20, of 104D Riverview Place of Southbridge. Charged with armed robbery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon,operating a motor vehicle without a license and failure to stay within marked lanes.
