Police Log: Disorderly Conduct, Fights

The following information was supplied by the Framingham Police Department. Where arrests or charges are listed, it does not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

June 21:

12:30 a.m.: Police responded to the report of a suspicious car at the King Administration Building on Water Street. The car was removed.

5:43 a.m.: Police responded to the report of malicious destruction of property on Edgebrook Road.

8:05 a.m.: Police responded to the report of a down wire on Central Street.

8:32 a.m.: Police responded to the report of a crash at the Sheraton on Route 9. No injuries were reported.

8:38 a.m.: Police responded to the report of a shoplifter at CVS on Concord Street. Police arrested Kristen Hall, 42, of 17B Wilson St., Natick, and charged her with shoplifting over $100 and trespassing.                             

10:18 a.m.: Police responded to the report of a hit and run crash at the Olive Garden on Route 9.

12:27 p.m.: Police responded to the report of an attempted break-in on Eaton Road.

2:16 p.m.: Police responded to the report of an animal complaint on Wellington Avenue.

3:12 p.m.: Police responded to the report of an animal complaint on Beaver Park Road.

6:08 p.m.: Police responded to the report of a fight on Weld Street.

7:13 p.m.: Police responded to the report of a fight at Forbes Management on Hollis Street.

7:21 p.m.: Police responded to the report of a fight on Washakum Street by the train tracks.

June 22:

12:39 a.m.: Police arrested Joseph Nsubuga, 23, of 24A Second St., Framingham, was arrested at Burger King on Waverley St., and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol, failure to stay in marked lanes, speeding, operating to endanger.

2:33 a.m.: Police responded to the report of a breaking and entering at Dom's Variety Store on Hollis Street.

4:54 a.m.: Police responded to the report of an attempted break-in at Dunkin Donuts on Waverley Street.

6:10 p.m.: Police arrested Michael J. Kosowan, 30, of 18 Summit St., Framingham, on an oustanding warrant.

8:03 p.m.: Police arrested Otis Phillips, 47, of 90 Lincoln St. K11, Framingham, and charged him with disorderly conduct.  

8:20 p.m.: Police arrested Robert L. Woods, 53, of 75 Hollis St., Framingham, and charged him with disorderly conduct at the Logan Express.

June 23:

5 a.m.: Police stopped a man on High Street and Main Street. Eric K. Mosher, 19, of 45 Lakeview Ave., Framingham, was arrested and charged with failure to stay in the marked lanes while operating a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

1:08 a.m.: Police arrested Mosher again at the Police Station at 1 William Welch Way and charged with disorderly conduct.

7:20 p.m.: Police responded to a call in the MetroWest Medical Center Emergency Room. Joseph F. Dudish, 64, of 51 Algonquin Dr., Framingham, was arrested and charged with failure to stay within marked lines while operating a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle while edangering others, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and operating a motor vehicle with an open container of alcohol.

8:10 p.m.: Police stopped a man on Concord Street. Thomas Madden, 50, of 38 Maple St., Hudson, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.

June 24:

3:07 a.m.: Police responded to a call on Concord Street and Lincoln Street. Devin Tetzlaff, 23, of 83 Greenville Dr., Framingham, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and operating a motor vehicle with defective equipment.

11:02 a.m.: Police responded to a call at the home of Diane Rockwood at 56 Concord St. Rockwood was arrested and charged with domestic assault and battery, a subsequent offense after being arrest for disorderly conduct.

5:37 p.m.: Police responded to a call on Marian Road. Mauricio Eliseo, of 5 Arlington St., Framingham, was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace under the infludence of alcohol.

6:30 p.m.: After responding to a call on Bearer Park Road, Police arrested Javier A. Argueta, 40, of 28 Charles St., and charged him with domestic assault and battery.

6:40 p.m.: Police responded to a call on Cochituate Road and Speet Street. Rebecca Le, 44, of 208 Spencer Ave, Chelsea, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, operating a motor vehicle while endangering and operating a motor vehicle with an open container of alcohol.

7:35 p.m.: Police arrived at the scene on 63 Beaver Terrace Cir. Mariette Joyner, 24, of 31 Danforth Ct., Framingham, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, disturbing the peace with fighting and possesion of drugs.

June 25:

1:15 a.m.: Police responded to a call on Union Ave. James Carter, 56, of 90 Lincoln St., was arrested and charged with malicious destruction of real property after smashing two apartment windows.

3:45 p.m.: Police responded to MetroWest Regional Transport. Mark Allen, 45, of 61 Second St., Framingham, was arrested on a warrant from another jurisdiction.

7:56 p.m.: Police responded to a call on Picard Terrace. Rudolfo Rivera, 42, of 79 Arlington St., Framingham, was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle after license had been suspended.

10:50 p.m.: Police responded to a call on Bishop and Lawrence streets. Jose Cueller, 19, of 39 Guadalcanal Rd., Framingham, was arrested and charged with carrying a firearm without a license, speeding in a motor vehicle, failure to stay in the marked lines while operating a motor vehicle, carrying and transporting liquor as a minor, carrying and transporting a firearm as a minor.

10:50 p.m.: Police responded to a call on Bishop Street and Lawrence Street. CJ Cosme, 19, of 20 Second St., Framingham, was arrested and charged with carrying a firearm without a license, carrying and transporting liquor as a minor, possesion of ammunition, and a class B firearm violation.

June 26

4 a.m.: Police brought a man to the Police Department. Oliver Liggons, 45, of 265 Hollis St., was arrested and charged with 2 counts of breaking and entering, 2 counts of larceny of property over $250 and 2 counts of malicious destruction of property over $250 after breaking into two buildings.
