Car Strikes Framingham Centre Flagpole; Man Charged with Breaking Into Car

Monday, June 24: 9 crashes and 1 arrest  

8:10 a.m. Undesirable individual reported at St. Stephen's Church. Police found no one upon arrival.

8:35 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Route 135 and the Natick line, with no injuries.

10 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Central and Edgell streets. Park & Recreation truck vs a car, with no injuries.

11:21 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Speen St. and the Natick line.

11:31 a.m. Medical assistance requested at McCarthy Elementary School. Framingham Fire transported one individual.

12:11 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Bowditch Field, 475 Union Ave., with no injuries.             
12:38 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Foss Rd and Hollis St.

2:26 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 2 Irving St. Transit van struck a pole. No injuries. 

2:59 p.m. Shoplifter reported at Marshalls, Shoppers World

3:23 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 7 Second St., with no injuries.

3:46 p.m. Report of a motor vehicle broken into at 29 Gordon St. 

4:05 p.m. Police arrested at 48 Claflin St. Jose Salazar, 36, of 50 Claflin St. Apt 1 of Framingham. Charged with breaking in a motor vehicle and larceny over $250.  

5;34 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 19 Concord St., with no injuries. 

7:30 p.m. Assault reported at MetroWest Medical Center, 115 Lincoln St. Framingham Police assisted.

8:11 p.m. Disturbed person reported at Framingham Dialysis, 4 Vernon St.

10:54 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at the Framingham Centre Common, 50 Edgell Rd. Car struck the flagpole.
