Theft at Dunkin Donuts, Crash Damages Railroad Gate, 2 Arrests and 7 Other Crashes

Saturday, March 1: 2 arrests and 8 crashes

12:19 a.m. Loud music reported on Brackett Rd. Framingham Police advised.

12:25 a.m. Police arrested at MetroWest Medical Michael Depsey, 46, of 8 Reynolds Ave. of Natick. Charged with assault and disorderly conduct.

12:25 a.m. Police arrested on Walnut Street Patrick Riley, 23, of 50 Lexington St. of Framingham. Charged with operating a motor vehicle after license revoked, failure to drive in the right lane and speeding.

12:51 a.m. Larceny reported at Bernardi Toyota, 1626 Worcester Rd.

1:49 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Hollis Ct and Hollis St. Vehicles towed.

2:13 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Beaver and Waverly streets at Dennison Crossing. Both vehicle towed. Ambulance dispatched. Vehicle stuck on tracks and damage to the railroad gate.

8:16 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 60 Concord St. Framingham Fire dispatched.

9:14 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Route 9 and Dinsmore Ave. No injuries.

10:16 a.m. Disturbance reported at MetroWest Medical Center, 115 Lincoln St. Framingham Police assisted.

1:38 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Fairfield Rd and Water St,

2:51 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Whittier St. and Route 30. No injuries but vehicles crashed at intersection.  

4:45 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Sanger St. and Route 126, with no injuries.

6:51 p.m. Undesirable individual reported at 494 Franklin St. at CV's Bark and Mulch. Framingham police removed the individual.

7:11 p.m. Larceny reported at Dunkin Donuts, 334 Waverley St.  

9:26 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 296 Concord St., with possible injuries. Crash involved a Tommy's Cab. Framingham Fire en route.
