12:40 a.m. Scott Topham, 27, of 561 Worcester Rd. Apt. 3 of Framingham arrested at his residence. He was charged with kidnapping (force/confine), assault with a dangerous weapon (knife/box cutter), witness intimidation, threats and domestic assault and battery with a knife and domestic assault and battery.
