Holliston Man Arrested on Drug Charges, Fight at Route 9 Restaurant and 2 Arrested on Vernon Street

Sunday, March 2: 4 arrests and 4 crashes

1:15 a.m. Fight reported at Taqueria Mexico, 250 Worcester Rd. Framingham Police responded.

1:20 a.m. Undesirable individual reported at 627 Concord St.

1:44 am. Medical assistance reported at Salvation Army. Framingham Fire transported one.

1:45 a.m. Police arrested at 627 Concord St Lucienne DeOliveira, 26, of 138 Franklin St. of Haverhill Charged with disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and assault and battery on a police officer.

2:20 a.m. Police arrested at 1 Vernon St. Kevin Valley, 21, of Malden. Charged with disturbing the peace.

2:20 a.m. Police arrested at 1 Vernon St. Timothy Foley, 20, of 55 Theodore St. of Chicopee. Charged with disturbing the peace.

5:20 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 57 Lawrence St.  

8:25 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Hollis and Irving streets. No injuries.

5:43 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 532 Hollis St., with no injuries.

5:44 p.m. Police arrested at Spring and Franklin streets Christian Cruz, 21, of 33 Catherine Lane of Holliston. Charged with possession of class D drug with intent to distribute, driving a motor vehicle with an open container, failure to stay within marked lances and operating a motor vehicle with defective equipment.

6:48 p.m. Disturbance reported at 35 Concord St. Framingham Police advised.

7:27 p.m. Larceny reported at Wal-Mart, 121 Worcester Rd.  

9:37 p.m. Undesirable individual reported at 62 Arsenal Rd. Framingham Police removed the individual.

9:44 p.m. Disturbed person reported at 34 Salem End Rd.
