Pedestrian Struck on Grove St., Raid Nets Cocaine & Heroin and 3 Crashes

Saturday, Nov. 30: 3 Arrest and 3 Crashes

1:05 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 202 Brook St. Car vs NSTAR pole. Tow truck and NSTAR notified. Unknown injuries.

1:16 a.m. Individual reported on Hollis St. Framingham Police make an arrest.

2:07 a.m. Fight reported outside Tropical cafe. Framingham Police make an arrest. 

2:15 a.m. Police arrested at 85 Hollis St. Marcos DeCastro, 26, of 203 Arlington St. Framingham. Charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery with hands, trespassing and disorderly conduct.

2:15 a.m. Police arrested at 85 Hollis St. Claudio Dasilva, 33, of 203 Arlington St. Charged with assault and battery with dangerous weapon, assault and battery with hands, trespassing and disorderly conduct.

2:51 a.m. Assault reported at MetroWest Medical center, 115 Lincoln St.

11:56 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at wal-mart, 121 Worcester Rd. No injuries.

11:57 a.m. Pedestrian struck at 308 Grove St. 

2:48 p.m. Framingham police assist at building fire at 10 Stanley Dr.
 
4;17 p.m. Shoplifter reported at Wal-mart. 

4;33 p.m. Disturbance reported at Safe Haven, 90 Lincoln St. Framingham Police assisted.

7:13 p.m. Framingham Police arrested at his residence Jose Luis Pena, 28, of 650 Waverely St. Charged with trafficking heroin/opium, and distribution of a Class B (Cocaine) drug, distribution of a Class D (heroin) drug. Pena, born in Guatemalan with Mexican citizenship, was wanted on a federal immigration warrant.

8:42 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Route 9 near Natick line, no injuries.  Upon investigation crash was in Natick.11:34 p.m. Noise complaint at 170 State St. Framingham Police advised.
