Pedestrian Struck, Assault Arrest at MetroWest Medical and Crash at Walsh Middle

Wednesday, Oct. 2: 3 arrests and 5 crashes

1:08 a.m. Motor vehicle investigation at Franklin and Spring streets. Police made an arrest.

1:15 a.m. Police arrested at Franklin & Spring streets Stephen Pickering, 47, 174 Holliston St. of Medway. Charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, failure to stay within marked lanes. 

5:38 a.m. Report of a motor vehicle broken into at 58 Lohnes Rd.

8 a.m. Report of a motor vehicle crash at 808 Worcester Rd., no injuries.

8:27 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at High and Main streets.

8:38 a.m. Breaking & entering reported at 154 Second St. 

8:39 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Cedar and Winthrop streets, no injuries.  

9:29 a.m. Report of a motor vehicle broken into at 1 McPhee Rd.

9:48 a.m. Report of a motor vehicle stolen at 46 Water St.

9:59 a.m. Pedestrian struck at 430 Waverley St.  

2:10 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Fountain and Winter streets. Framingham Fire en route. Both vehicles towed.  No injuries.  

3:08 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Walsh Middle School parking lot.

3;16 p.m. Police arrested at the MBTA commuter lot Matthew Joyce, listed as homeless in Framingham. Charged with by law violation - public drinking.  

4;38 p.m. Three-car crash reported at 550 Cochituate Rd, no injuries.  

6:37 p.m. Suspicious activity reported at Bates Road Little League Field. Police found nothing upon arrival.    

7 :01 p.m. Report of a motor vehicle broken into at 1298 Concord St.

7:02 p.m.  Police arrested at MetroWest Medical Center Shannon Ware, listed as homeless in Framingham. Charged with with assault and battery with dangerous weapon. 

9:55 p.m. Police arrested at Powder Mill Rd Patrick Parrish, 18, of 3 Woodside Rd of Framingham. Charged with distribution and possession of a class D drug and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs.
