3:20 a.m. arrested Christian Nunez, 18, of 6 Alexander Circle of Methuen at 1660 Worcester Rd. Charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and minor transporting alcohol. 

9:03 a.m. Report of a motor vehicle breakin at 10 Magnolia St.   

9:40 a.m. Suspicious activity reported at 11 Magnolia Dr.  

11:39 a.m. Report of a motor vehicle breakin at 113 Beaver St.  

1:36 p.m. Breaking and entering reported at 1041 Grove St.

2:28 p.m. 2-car motor vehicle crash, with no injuries, reported at California Ave. and Worcester Rd.  

3:33 p.m. Shoplifter reported at , 1 Worcester Rd. Police advised.  

4:48 p.m. Framingham Police made an arrest at Bank of America ATM, 417 Waverley St.

4:50 p.m. Police arrested David J. Ciampo, 55, listed as homeless in Framingham at the ATM. He was charged with public drinking bylaw violation.
