UPDATED: Missing Teen, 15, Found

Updated: The family of the missing teen contacted Framingham Patch just after 2 p.m. Thursday to saw she has been found and she is safe.

Brooklyn Taylor, 15, has been missing since Monday at 4 p.m.
The Grafton teen was last seen in Framingham on Tuesday, said Suzanne Taylor, her stepmother.
"Her father Brent and I are worried," said Taylor.
They have reported her missing to both the Grafton and Framingham police departments.
She is 5-feet, 5-inches, about 145 pounds and has long brown hair. She was last seen wearing black yoga pants.
The family is asking the public to share this photo and alert.
