was transformed into a giant block party Tuesday night as part of the 29th Annual National Night Out celebration in Framingham. There were also events at the Pelham Street Apartments and Apple Street playground.
Residents were treated to a free BBQ, featuring hamburgers, hot dogs, corn on the cob and watermelon. For dessert, an ice cream truck pulled up and everyone could pick their favorites treat to cool off with.
There was face painting, a show by Animal Adventures and pony rides for kids. Members of the fingerprinted kids for parents.
Residents and families mingled and had a great evening.
A few children climbed on and toured and vehicles.
