Jorge Ruiz Promoted to Lieutenant and Rachel Mickens Promoted to Sergeant
During a ceremony Monday night, Shannon Drumm was sworn in as Framingham's newest police officer.
Monday night, June 30, Framingham Police Sergeant Jorge Ruiz was promoted to lieutenant and Officer Rachel Mickens was promoted to sergeant in a small ceremony inside Nevins Hall in the Memorial Building.
Also during the ceremony Shannon Drumm was sworn in as Framingham's newest police officer.
