UPDATED: Louisiana Man Charged With Kidnapping Teen at Motel 6 in Framingham

Framingham Police arrested a Louisiana man at Motel 6 and charged him with kidnapping.

Clifford Edwards, 34, of 1551 Highway, Leesville, LA, was arrested Friday, May 23 at 9:30 p.m. in room 431 at Motel 6, on Route 9 in Framingham.

In the room with him was a teenage female, under the age of 17.

Edwards was charged with misleading a police officer, reckless endangerment of a child and kidnapping by force and confinement.

No other information was available on Saturday from Framingham Police.
