UPDATED: Man, Two Women Injured in Serious Car Crash on Central Street

Framingham Police and Fire responded to a serious car crash on Central Street after 7 p.m. Friday.

UPDATED: Framingham firefighters treated three people immediately following a two-car crash on Central Street Friday night. One man was taken by ambulance to a hospital in Boston after a med-flight helicopter was not available.

He was bleeding and had an altered mental status, according to Deputy Fire Chief Paul Barbieri.

Two women involved in the crash complained of aches and pains and were also taken to an area hospital.

The crash was reported near Summer Street. The vehicles had front and side impact damage and both vehicles had airbags deployed as a result of the impact.

Framingham Police and Fire responded to a serious car crash on Central Street after 7 p.m. Friday.

Framingham Fire initially requested a medical helicopter, but no helicopters were available.

The victim was then transported to Boston via ambulance.
