An officer in an unmarked car reportedly pulled over the Mitsubishi SUV with a Massachusetts registration for failure to stop for oncoming traffic near the intersection of South Street and Waverly Street.

The officer reportedly noticed that the driver, 67-year-old Obama, had red, glassy eyes, slurred speech and smelled like alcohol, according to a release from police, which stated Obama said he only had two beers.

Police said Obama did not pass field sobriety tests and he was then arrested for OUI, failure to yield and operating a motor vehicle to endanger.

He is being held without bail on a detainer from Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

According to the MetroWest Daily News, ICE had previously ordered that Obama return to Kenya. The paper reports he registered a .14 during a breathalyzer test. He pleaded not guilty.
