1:20 a.m. Assault reported at Samba Steak & Sushi, 1138 Worcester Rd.

7:49 a.m. Domestic assault at 50 Phelps Rd. Framingham Police made an arrest.

7:54 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Latino's Market, 275 Beaver St.

8:10 a.m. Police arrested at his address Carlo K. Delbene, of 50 Phelps Road of Framingham. Charged with domestic assault and battery.

8:14 a.m. Report of a motor vehicle breakin reported at 562 Waverly St.

8:45 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 5 Speen St. Report of a driver striking a deer.   

9:27 a.m. Larceny reported at Genzyme, 49 New York Ave.

9:41 a.m. Motor vehice crash reported at Hollis and Winthrop streets.

10:19 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Concord and Hartford streets, with no injuries.  

1:19 p.m. Medical call at Walsh Middle School, Framingham Fire transported.

1:30 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 400 Cochituate Rd, with no injuries.

2:09 p.m. Motor vehicle crash report. Report of car into building at the   

3:35 p.m. Missing juvenile reported at 115 A St.

4:41 p.m. Shoplifter reported at Bob's Store, 1 Worcester Rd. Police assisted.

4:57 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 352 Concord St, with possible injuries. Framingham Fire en route.

5:17 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Maple Lane and Maple St.

5:22 p.m. Police arrested at 35 Danforth Ct. Alexandra Rivera, 20, of 42B Second St. of Framingham Charged with domestic assault and battery, breaking and entering at night, disorderly conduct and destruction of more than $250.

6:57 p.m. Report of a motor vehicle stolen at 3 Universal St. Apt 9    

9:07 p.m. Motor vehicle investigation at Hollis and George streets. Framingham Police made an arrest.

9:30 p.m. Police arrested at Jason Moore, 30, of 79 Wilson Ave. of Framingham. Charged with operating a motor vehicle after suspension of license and operating a motor vehicle without a license. 

10:16 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at AMC Theatre, 22 Flutie Pass.

10:36 p.m. Suspicious activity reported at Jordan's Furniture, 90 Worcester Rd.
