1:40 a.m. Police arrested Sergio Antonio Lozano-Cartajena, 27, of 47 Phelps Rd. of Framingham. Charged with property/vandalism.
4:43 a.m. Report of breaking and entering at Star House Restaurant, 595 Waverley St.

4:52 a.m. Domestic assault reported at 10 Pine St. Arrest made.
5:11 a.m. Police arrested at his residence Jeremiah Baez, 32, of 10 Pine St. Apt. 1 of Framingham. Charged with kidnapping,confinement and burglary, armed and assault, domestic assault and battery, three counts.
8:30 a.m. Building fire reported at 77 Gilbert St. Framingham Police assisted.

8:13 p.m. Police placed one in protective custody for alcohol on Old Conn Path
8:13 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Old Conn Path, with unknown injuries. Framingham Fire en route. Tow truck requested.
8;13 p.m. Police arrested at old Conn Path Kevin M. Luch, 28, of 241 Waverely St of Watertown. Charged with failure to yield, operating a motor vehicle after license suspended and operating a motor vehicle after registration suspended or revoked.
8:29 p.m. Fireworks reported on Bradford Rd.
9:19 p.m. Police arrested at his residence Stefano Alves, 21, of 171 Irving St. Apt 1 of Framingham. Charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
9:51 p.m. Police arrested at Lavender Spa, 27 Cochituate Rd Ping Du, 51, of 4055 Case St. of Elmhurst NY. Charged with keeping a house of prosititution and sexual conduct for fee.
11:15 p.m. Undesirable reported at Wal-mart. Framingham Police removed the individual.
