Two Alarm Fire Reported in Angelica Drive Area

Framingham Fire Department officials report that they are fighting a two alarm blaze in the vicinity of Angelica Drive as of approximately 3:50 p.m. 

The building is believed to be a five story wood frame home near Stanley Drive.

Assistant Fire Chief John Magri is on the scene and could not be reached for comment.

Framingham Patch will attempt to obtain more information on the fire as it becomes available. 

UPDATE: Michael Harvey reports on his Twitter account that the Framingham Fire Department was aiming to turn off a gas line on the property as of approximately 3:50 p.m.

UPDATE - 6:46 p.m. - Patch has been informed that a firefighter on the scene has been injured, but not seriously.

No civilians have been injured in the blaze.

Detailed reports indicate that the home is a two-story home, not a five-story home as earlier believed.

Firefighters from Framingham and Southborough are on the scene battling the fire.
