Week's Arrests Include Aggravated Rape, A&B

Monday, April 8
12:55 a.m.: Raul Sanchez, 51, of 48 Marian Rd., Framingham, was arrested at Beaver Court and Beaver Street and charged with driving a motor vehicle without a license and failing to stay in marked lanes.
1:30 p.m.: A motor vehicle break-in was reported at 1800 Worcester Rd.

5:56 p.m.: Breaking and entering was reported at 149 Franklin St., 2nd floor.
6 p.m.: was arrested at Reardon Park and charged with two counts of aggravated rape, kidnapping, and indecent a&b over someone the age of 14.

8:30 p.m.: Breaking and entering was reported at 575C Union Ave.
Tuesday, April 9
2:27 a.m.: A fight was reported at Nobscot Gulf 876 Edgell Rd. Lindsay Devin, 23, of 360 Central St., Framingham, was arrested on a charge of disturbing the peace. Philip V. Frank, 25, of 135 Brook St., Framingham, was also arrested and charged with disturbing the peace.
12:29 p.m.: An "undesirable" was removed from Guadalupe Restaurant, 270 Cochituate Rd.
1:56 p.m.: An "undesirable" reported at Roosevelt Park was gone upon police arrival.
2:50 p.m.: Candace Bush, 48, of 30 Grant St., #4, Framingham, was arrested at the Salvation Army on a warrant.
6:14 p.m.: Jorge Artega, 33, of 17 Charles St., Framingham, was arrested at Pine and Hollis street and charged on a warrant, and disorderly conduct.
11:57 p.m.: Fireworks were reported on Salem End Road.
Wednesday, April 10
1:19 a.m.: An "undesirable" was removed from MetroWest Medical Center.
2:33 a.m.: Malicious destruction of property was reported on Beaver Park Road.
10:34 a.m.: Breaking and entering was reported at 6 Willis St.
11:47 a.m.: A disturbed person was reported at CVS Pharmacy, 145 Concord St.
12:42 a.m.: An assault was reported in the area of 568 Concord St.
2:27 p.m.: A domestic was reported in the area of 17 Raymond St.
3 p.m.: Garsny LaFontant, 18, of 217 Grove St., Waltham, was arrested at the Wellesley Police Station and charged with domestic assault and battery and domestic assault with a dangerous weapon.
5:03 p.m.: An "undesirable" was removed from the MBTA station, 545 Waverley St.
7 p.m.: Breaking and entering was reported at 23 Highland St., Apt. 1.
7:52 p.m.: Police responded for a disturbed person at 25 Knight Rd.
8:28 p.m.: Joseph D. Spencer, 26, listed as homeless, was arrested at 100 Concord St. on warrants.
9:40 p.m.: Police took a 50-year-old homeless man into protective custody for alcohol on Lincoln Street.
11:30 p.m.: Police took a 27-year-old Worcester woman into protective custody for alcohol on Bates Road.
Thursday, April 11
4:07 a.m.: An "undesirable" was removed from the area of the Framingham Public Library, 49 Lexington St.
4:34 a.m.: Harold A. Dewar, 59, listed as homeless, was arreted on Union Avenue on a warrant.
8:56 a.m.: State Police responded to a motor vehicle crash on the Mass Pike, eastbound, before Exit 13. Framingham FD was notified; there were no apparent injuries but one party was pregnant.
9:18 a.m.: A larceny was reported at Framingham High School.
9:55 a.m.: An "undesirable" group was removed from the area of the Salvation Army, 35 Concord St.
10:24 a.m.: A juvenile was reported missing from 12 Waverley St.
12:42 p.m.: An "undesirable" was removed from Freeman and Howard streets.
3:07 p.m.: Samir Padilla-Velasqu, 48, of 116 Fountain St., Ashland, was arrested on Beaver Court and charged with driving a motor vehicle without a license.
5:35 p.m.: Police took a 56-year-old man into protective custody for alcohol on Concord Street.
5:55 p.m.: Shannon Ware, 28, of 12 Torrey St., Apt. 3, Framingham, was arrested at the Salvation Army on Concord Street and charged with disorderly conduct and assault and battery on a public employee.
