Framingham Department of Public Works is reporting all state and local construction projects are completed except for one this week.
Framingham Department of Public Works is reporting all state and local construction projects are completed except for one this week - the Wickford Road Bridge project.
Due to material delays, it is likely the bridge may not be open until early spring of 2014.
