- Longmeadow Town Manager Robin Crosbie of Hadley
- Newton-Needham Chamber of Commerce President Robert J. Halpin of Concord
- Ashland Town Manager John D. Petrin of Marlborough
- Former Town Administrator Ronald S. San Angelo of Naugatuck, Ct.
