and how do you know they are illegal? Perhaps they are frugal Americans.
Jim Rizoli July 28, 2011 at 01:31 AM
Jim Rizoli CCFIILE.COM Americans don't speak Portuguese all the time, and have trucks with Portuguese lettering delivering furniture.
Joe Rizoli July 28, 2011 at 03:39 AM
Joe Rizoli CCFIILE.com Donald, your post show that you are way behind the eight ball in your knowledge about this town. Like I said to Jen who appears to be going through puberty, If you like the water you better learn to swim. Our FACTS, FIGURES, OPINIONS are collaborated by the newspapers and by the groups you are defending. EVERYTHING we have talked about as to Illegal immigration in this town and especially the Brazilians coming to Framingham as with the other Illegals too numerous to mention, ( this isn't just a Brazilian problem folks, sorry, ), everything we have talked about has come true. It's sad that people in Framingham defend ILLEGAL activity and go to great lengths quoting figures that are laughable especially when you defend those illegal people that laugh at you behind your backs. They don't laugh at the Rizoli's because we got these people pegged back in 2003. This town is reaping what it has sown. Live with it. Joe Rizoli
Len Dykstra July 28, 2011 at 12:57 PM
Jim Rizoli you are obnoxious. Brazilian women have more than one husband? Brazilians look at children as paychecks. You are ignorant, racist and revolting. You are an absolute disgrace. Get a life. Joe Rizoli you are just a dim witted sidekick. You couldn't explain anything to anyone because you have a limited capacity to learn and you do not listen. The census numbers are the best we have. The numbers you have are speculative. 10%. 5,000-8,000? based on what?? you eyeballing it? Places like Boston, Worcester, Brockton and Lawrence have far more immigrants than Framingham. No way does Framingham have anywhere near 10% of the states illegal immigrants. Stop throwing out numbers and making stuff up!
Jim Rizoli July 28, 2011 at 07:28 PM
Jim Rizoli CCFIILE.COM Len....It is what it is I'm just the messenger. I have a life it's exposing those who are lawless and think they are above the law. Since no one else has the guts to do it. Thanks for the compliments....like I haven't heard those terms before used when the opposition has nothing else to say. In regards to Brazilian women just ask them their moral views of life. You don't like what I have to say ignore me....If you can't get enough My Weekly show is on Saturday night 9pm, Tuesdays 11pm, and Thurs. 7 am I will be covering some pretty controversial topics in the up and coming shows. Hold on to your hats.....
Donald Wendt July 28, 2011 at 09:13 PM
"Our FACTS, FIGURES, OPINIONS are collaborated by the newspapers and by the groups you are defending." - Joe First I am not defending illegal anything. This is where your thinking is warped. Just because I question your fabricated facts does not mean I defending any group. What I am doing is simply asking you to back up your numbers. Here let me give you an easy one... You and your brother tell me there was once 30,000 illegals living in Framingham. Prove it.
Donald Wendt July 28, 2011 at 11:48 PM
There is no way this town could ever hold 30,000 illegal aliens. That would mean there would be over 90,000 people living in town. Was there a tent city in Cushing Park to house all of these imiaginary people or as you call them feathers in a storm. Even if 1/3 of these imigrants had one child per couple that would be 2500 additional kids in the school system. That is more kids that are currently enrolled in Framingham High School. Now you are saying there are about 5000 left? Where did the 25,000 feathers go? Where are all the empty apartments, empty classrooms, and unemployed teachers? Sorry Jim but your numbers just don't add up. Your feathers are not only blowing around and hard to catch, but they are also all wet.
Roger Hegdon July 29, 2011 at 01:11 PM
what a fraud. all his numbers and claims are just made up. he's exposed. he identifies no sources for his wildly inflated figures. if there were 30,000 extra people you'd think the water usage would be up wouldn't you? I haven't seen that it is or was. you'd think that when these 30,000 people started to leave town, the school population would decrease. It hasn't; it's peaking. what a clown. we shouldn't believe anything he says. no credibility. yes, there are illegal immigrants living in framingham. we know that with or without jim rizoli. but this is not just a framingham problem. there are illegals in communities all throughout the nation. immigration is a federal issue. jim rizoli has a documented history of being a racist hater. he's on record as being a holocaust denier too. he uses the immigration issue to thinly veil these sick feelings. http://www.metrowestdailynews.com/news/x1959827804/Southern-Poverty-Law-Center-adds-CCFIILE-from-Framingham-to-hate-group-list
Jim Rizoli July 29, 2011 at 03:00 PM
Jim Rizoli CCFIILE.COM Roger.....LOL He we go again with the personal attacks! The town is reaping the bad results of illegal immigration, not too worried if you believe what I'm saying. The increase in police, the court time, the domestic issues all are results of the problem. Holocaust denier....LOL again, I've expsosed the Holocaust for the fraud that it is on my website. I have nothing to hide go to my website and see what I have to say. The Holocaust is not, and never has been, about this touted "Jewish victimhood." It is about extortion, Power politics, money, revenge and hate! I've put together quite a bit of information to state my case. Would be more than happy to debate you or anyone on the topic, it hasn't happened, the powers to be just want to silence me. Time for an open debate on the topic wouldn't you say. I look at it as a badge of honor to be on the ADL's and SPLC "Hate" list. They are the real haters and do their best to stop any logical debate on the topics. The truth has nothing to hide but these anti-God, anti-Ameicans sure sure do. Here is my home phone if you want to intelligently discuss the topics brought up here. Resorting to name calling isn't the way to deal with controversial topics. 508-875-0835
Roger Hegdon July 29, 2011 at 03:57 PM
The holocaust is not controversial .. You are not worth discussing anything with .. You disgust me
Joe Rizoli July 29, 2011 at 05:24 PM
Joe Rizoli CCFIILE.com Roger and all you people ignorant about what is printed in the newspapers and the Rizoli's. Get a life. Don't like what we believe? Go eat a banana. Write a book, pass new laws to ban us from our CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO FREE SPEECH. When we win the name calling abuse starts as you see in these comments above.. Typical when people can't combat information with a reasonable amount of respect for others opinions. Roger, what are you twelve? Len had your first drink of alcohol before making your foolish tirade? As tp the Brazilians and the census: http://www.metrowestdailynews.com/news/x1659501477/Immigrants-asked-to-be-counted-avoid-census-boycott >>Quincy-based radio hosts Jose Bravo and Fausto da Rocha have encouraged the immigrant community to boycott the count. The thinking is that a boycott would be a great source of political leverage and prompt Capitol Hill policymakers to do something about immigration reform.>> Again people, MOST BRAZILIANS are ILLEGAL. Here 79% http://www.gaston.umb.edu/articles/Lima_&_Siquiera_demo_braz_2008.pdf Here 70% http://www.brazzil.com/cvrmar96.htm 90% 'just passing through' http://www.vernonjohns.org/plcooney/brimmig.html MOST are ILLEGAL http://www.drclas.harvard.edu/files/GivingVoiceFINAL.pdf pp8 Joe Rizoli
Jim Rizoli July 29, 2011 at 05:54 PM
Jim Rizoli CCFIILE.COM Roger......... The Holocaust is definitely "controversial that is why your getting all worked up about it. There should be NO topic on the face of this great earth that can't be discussed in an open a free forum period! To say the Holocaust is non debatable is putting it into a religious vein and now making it anathema to talk about it. Are we reverting back to the Dark Ages...this time the Jews are replacing the Catholic Church and their henchmen. Maybe the WITCH trials are next! One thing I know in life is, I don't have all the answers but I'm willing to open my mind to all those willing to bring forth their evidence. To prevent debate on an issue before the facts are presented shows that the people doing so have something to hide. The truth will stand on is own merit, the people trying to subvert truth will be exposed in the end. So people like me are willing to put all our cards on the table and play the game.how about you? For now, my website does plenty of exposing.......I do notice the peanut galley is pretty quiet though. Here is my home phone to any of you if you want to take this off line. Please no crank calls. 508-875-0835
Roger Hegdon July 29, 2011 at 06:44 PM
it's not controversial because there is nothing to debate. it's historical fact. 11 million people were killed. to say the holocaust never happened is like saying slavery never happened. why would you dispute a historical fact from 70 years ago? why the interest in this topic specifically and not something less inciteful, like who first dicovered the americas? when coupled with your picking on immigrants and inflating figures on illegals, your disdain for Jews proves you are nothing but a hateful racist. you and your brother are embarrassments to framingham.
Jim Rizoli July 29, 2011 at 09:11 PM
Jim Rizoli CCFIILE.COM Roger.....Are you for real? You have no clue what I'm even saying do you? Where did I say it didn't happened? Things surely did happened, just not the way you've been taught. Did you go to my website and at least see what the information says? Oh, I forgot, you have all the answers and can't be corrected. I won't debate this here but in order to debate me you have to know what I'm saying. As of now your just parroting the false information that has been fed to you the last 50 yrs. How much in debt investigation have you done for yourself? I have spent hundreds upon hundreds of hours investigating the subject from both sides and have put a lot of my findings on my website. My website have the conclusions I have reached. If you can show me where I'm wrong please do. When push comes to shove you can't because you can't convince yourself that I'm wrong yet because you haven't even looked at what I have to say. How can I be wrong when you have no clue what I'm saying? My website spells it all out for you all. The Holocaust liars page is particularly good. Why would people deliberately lie about something they said happened when it didn't? Thus the creation of my Holocaust pages.
Susan Petroni (Editor) July 29, 2011 at 09:51 PM
Glad to see some new names commenting here, but I think this topic has been debated as much as two facts posted should. Basically, there are more Framingham residents than there were 10 years ago. For our new posters, please feel free to comment on our reports and articles.
Jim Rizoli July 29, 2011 at 10:43 PM
Jim Rizoli CCFIILE.COM Sue.....That about sums it up...LOL The other topics were not my doing and I have offered to take the conversation off line. Nice to see some different people commenting here it's just too bad that some want to make personal attacks rather than dealing with the facts. One thing is for certain....about the census anyway...the town has had to deal with some serious problems do to the extra people coming to the town. The extra police, the more Social service agency help, only solidifies my stance on what the problem is.
Joe Rizoli July 30, 2011 at 02:01 AM
Joe Rizoli CCFIILE.com Roger you are one angry person. You made an interesting comment: >>. if there were 30,000 extra people you'd think the water usage would be up wouldn't you? I haven't seen that it is or was. you'd think that when these 30,000 people started to leave town,>> Maybe you have seen it. Some years ago a friend was talking to the sewer people fixing the streets and he said they made comments about the refuse being flushed down the sewer system. IMMIGRANT related they said. Hmmmmm, NOW what is happening in the town on ALL the streets? Something caused it to go over the tipping point Roger. Any relation to those comments referred to me a few years ago? Sadly Roger, you and others are very IGNORANT about POPULATION, the environment and the impact of IMMIGRANTS. I would suggest you educate yourself and go to this great web site. The Social Contract: http://www.thesocialcontract.com/artman2/publish/tsc_21_3/editor.shtml Notice this quote: "How and why the immigration-population-environment connection is avoided by members of the scientific community is the topic of this edition of The Social Contract. We like to think that specialists concerned with such issues as endangered species, water and other resource shortages, and environmental degradation are willing to confront the causal role played by population growth." Wake up Roger, you are looking like an ignorant uninformed ANGRY fool. http://www.albartlett.org/index.html Joe Rizoli
Donald Wendt July 30, 2011 at 03:32 PM
A worker fixing the sewers talking to a friend was qualified to tell us that the refuse being flushed came from an illegal immigrant??? Seems legit.
Sometimes Reader August 01, 2011 at 01:17 PM
It is sad to see this nice informational website turned into a platform of misinformation by one individual. Aren't we all tired of hearing his distorted views? I come here from time to time hoping it will get better, but it just keeps getting worse. He makes up numbers to support his whacky views. In this one thread he adds 10% to census numbers, just 'cuz he says so. Then he pulls a figure of 30,000 right out of thin air. 'Somebody told me' is not a legitimate source. Perhaps a policy needs to be introduced limiting the number of comments by an indidual. There's no balance if 50% of the comments are from one person. Another idea is to require sources to be listed for information presented. Otherwise we can just make stuff up and misinform readers. I hope this problem can be resolved. Otherwise the site loses credibility as a news source and becomes a less enjoyable place to visit.
Susan Petroni (Editor) August 01, 2011 at 01:56 PM
@Sometimes Reader. As you might have noticed reading these comments on this short report on the census numbers, I did suggest a few days ago that this topic had reaches its limit on comments. .... Patch does not endorse anyone's comments on an article. Our news reports end before the comments and you have every right NOT to read the comments, if you choose. But as I have mentioned before certain individual's comments, whom you disagree with, would blend into obscurity if "sometimes readers" like yourself commented often on other articles and lurkers, who visit this site daily, would comment on all articles. The more - all Framingham Patch readers comment, the less impact certain individuals have. Also, it helps if you put you name to your view. Many newspapers and online news sites allow individuals to comment after articles and reports, Patch asks that you use your first and last name when commenting so we know who the comments are coming from. That way those who know they don't like what a certain individual has to say can see that name and skip over what that person has to say and read what others have to say.
Jim Rizoli August 01, 2011 at 02:33 PM
Jim Rizoli CCFIILE.COM Sometimes reader with no name.....First of all why are you afraid to post your name? I stand behind everything i say and posting my name here shows that. Most of the people who visit this site are lurkers like yourself...YOU have an opinion but keep it to yourself. The reason being is you don't want people to see you have an opinion especially if it goes against the grain of comments, and you actually have to prove what you say has some truth to it . Sad to say most people are like this today. This is the reason why the town and country has fallen into such disrepair. You sit back and let the powers to be run your life, and they're running the country into the ground. In regards to my comments do you think I care if you believe me or not? The condition of the town speaks volumes and people like yourself are not willing to admit the town has made some bad calls in regards to dealing with it and continue to do so. So my suggestion to people like you who are don't want to hear the truth and like to bad mouth people like me who have a valid opinion....either stand for something by making worthwhile comments using your real name or don't bother to comment at all. This is an open forum and all opinions are welcomed here, even yours, if you choose use your real name.
Jim Rizoli August 01, 2011 at 09:04 PM
Jim Rizoli CCFIILE.......Joe your post have been deleted by the powers to be who run the site. No different than posting on the MWDnews. The pressure is on Sue to stop the Rizoli's. The fact the we behave ourselves is our saving grace...but I guess on your part it doesn't matter.
Joe Rizoli August 01, 2011 at 09:16 PM
Joe Rizoli CCFIILE.com Apparently "Sometimes Reader" doesn't like to read much. I have MANY times put up LINKS to PROVE my opinion, which have been removed for some reason here. The FACT as I have always presented about the ILLEGAL Brazilians involves a video quote by a Brazilian in the presence of LAW officials and most of the towns Elites that 90% of the Brazilians are ILLEGAL. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z1bRvqrJQrs As to Select documents by the highly prestigious Harvard University and The David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies, these FACTS. http://www.drclas.harvard.edu/files/GivingVoice.pdf page 8 >>Statistics about Brazilians living in the United States are extremely inconsistent: numbers range from 181,076 to 1.2 million immigrants. The discrepancy in the figures is due mainly to two factors.2 As most Brazilians are undocumented, they fear that filling out the Census forms will provide the U.S. government with information that can eventually lead to their deportation.> Quote: "MOST BRAZILIANS ARE UNDOCUMENTED" Apparently FACTS, figures, and EYEWITNESS Testimony isn't enough for these people on PATCH, so they want the bearers of that information either banned or stifled as to their facts and opinions. Joe Rizoli
Donald Wendt August 01, 2011 at 09:37 PM
Was that man in your video a census taker? Has he polled all the immigrants to come up with that number? Or was he using an extreme use of hyperbole to make his, albeit, poor point? No factual information.
Donald Wendt August 01, 2011 at 09:52 PM
"However, there is extensive evidence that indicates that the Brazilian immigrant population has changed from a transitory one to a more stable and permanent one." and "As our community gradually integrates into the American society, its contribution becomes increasingly relevant, as demonstrated for instance by the fact that the average Brazilian family living here (one couple with two children—that’s the average Brazilian family living in New England), contributes in the range of 10-12,000 dollars in federal and state taxes every year." also part of http://www.drclas.harvard.edu/files/GivingVoice.pdf .....Hate to leave those quotes out!
Jim Rizoli August 01, 2011 at 09:54 PM
Jim Rizoli CCFIILE.COM Donald.......Here (in the video) is a Brazilian guy telling you that 90% of the Brazilians in the area are illegal! I don't know what to say.....No proof is going to be good enough for you. Go back to sleep...
Donald Wendt August 01, 2011 at 10:00 PM
Here I am an American guy saying 90% of white american men like to add pickles to their PB&J sandwiches. Sounds crazy but it must be true because I said it was so. Just because you have one random person throwing out numbers doesn't make it a fact. I will go back to sleep when you wake up...
Joe Rizoli August 02, 2011 at 04:16 AM
Joe Rizoli CCFIILE.com Donald's quote from the article: >>"However, there is extensive evidence that indicates that the Brazilian immigrant population has changed from a transitory one to a more stable and permanent one.>> Right Donald, a permanent one of people that are still ILLEGAL, driving without legitimate licenses, false documents, overstayed visas...... You know Donald, you really don't say much for yourself when you CONSTANTLY defend the illegal activities of a population that lies, cheats, and steals their way into America. Apparently we have a populace of Americans that is no more moral than these criminals. A man , an ILLEGAL Brazilian, BRAZENLY in front of the police makes the 90% Illegal quote and NO ONE from the MOSTLY Brazilian audience disputes his comment. WHY? Because the comment is TRUE.... Donald, you like the downtown? Go buy a soccer ball or g-string, hurry winters coming...... Joe Rizoli
Donald Wendt August 02, 2011 at 08:38 PM
>>"However, there is extensive evidence that indicates that the Brazilian immigrant population has changed from a transitory one to a more stable and permanent one.>> The point of this quote is to point out that the Brazillian population is buying houses, working jobs, paying taxes, in short becoming important pieces of the community. They are no longer coming here to work to make a better life for them in Brazil by sending American dollars home; the kind of immigrant that we are looking for and definiately not the type of immigrant you are speaking. I would like you show me where I am CONSTANTLY defending illigal activeties. Are you equating not agreeing with you with defending illegal activety? If so I am afraid you think to highly of yourself, because trust me you are far from the voice of morality here or anywhere else. I never defended the person on your video snip-it, I simply pointed out the obvious fact that this person was not qualified to state the percentage of illegal vs. legal immigrant in Framingham. Making your information mute. He was more likely exaggerating to make his point, which we will never know what that point is because it was edited out. If you prefer to purchase your soccer balls and g-strings at the mall suit yourself, but I am not seeing how that fits your arguement.
Joe Rizoli August 04, 2011 at 03:36 PM
Joe Rizoli CCFIILE.com I guess the Rizoli's were vindicated again about HOW many Brazilians are in Framingham thanks to PATCH. The LARGEST Brazilian population in our State. Geee.. how many could that be...? ( Of course MOST of these are ILLEGAL ) http://framingham.patch.com/articles/brazils-diplomatic-staff-threatens-to-strike Of course they have NO IMPACT on ANYTHING in our town, Schools, Courts, environment, Social Services, neighborhoods, ...NOTHING, right.....?
