Town Meeting members after listening to a 20-minute School Committee presentation and committee reports, discussed the $96.6 million school budget for 33 minutes and passed it 116-15-2.

not going to help the town to wipe out departments ..simple because you want to get to zero.
I have plenty of problems with this department - but they have also done a lot of good - New York Avenue is an example .. it doesn't happen by itself.
