There will be three performances - Friday and Saturday night at 7:30 and a special Mother's Day matinee at 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 13.

The Friday night show is almost sold out and more than half the seats have been sold for the other two performances.

Hairspray is set in the 1960s in Baltimore, Maryland. Plump teenager Tracy Turnblad's dream is to dance on The Corny Collins Show, a local TV dance program. Once on the show, she becomes a local celebrity and tries to make changes based on the turbulent times of the 1960s.
