Sen. Clark and DA Ryan to Speak at Framingham Democratic Town Committee

Framingham Democratic Town Committee will elect three new committee members Sunday, Nov. 17.

Congressional candidate Sen. Katherine Clark and Middlesex County District Attonrey Marian Ryan will be the special guests at the Framingham Democratic Town Committee meeting Sunday Nov. 17 at 7 p.m. at the function room at the Framingham Green Apartments.

The Committee will be hosting a Student Democrats’ program that evening prior to the regular meeting, during which both distinguished speakers will meet and greet a group of high school and college aged students to discuss various civics topics. All area high school and college students are welcome and
encouraged to attend starting at 6:45 p.m.

In addition to this lively political discussion, at the conclusion of the speaker’s program, the Committee will hold its monthly business meeting, at which there is to be an election of three registered democrats to fill three vacant seats on the Committee.

This election is open to any citizen of the Town of Framingham who is a registered Democrat, and is to fill a term until 2016.

Each month,  the Democratic Town Committee selects a local charity for its members to donate to. This month’s charity is the Curtis Family Thanksgiving Dinner. Members will be asked to support this Framingham tradition.

Any Framingham registered Democrat is encouraged to attend Sunday's meeting. Light refreshments will be served.

The apartments are located at 136 Maynard Rd.
