Where to Expect to See Framingham DPW Construction Crews This Week

Construction crews will conduct drainage repair and improvements on Salem End Road from Badger Road to the Ashland town line and surrounding area.

The following is a traffic alert issued by the Town of Framingham Department of Public Works:

2014 Annual Road Program: 
Surface Treatment Road Surface preparation work. Remove and restore curb work and casting adjustments. Driveway apron adjustments as needed. Arbetter Dr., Bacon Rd.,Catherine Rd., Cider Mill Rd., Daniels Rd., Eaton Rd., Mary Agnes Rd., Montgomery Dr., Riner Rd., Sandra Dr., Wayside Ave., Whiting Way and Woodside Rd.

Colonial Drive & Murphy Circle: Milling roadway, curb and casting work. Minimal impact to traffic. 

Edgell Road: 
Edgell Road between Central Street and Oak Street. Vernon Road, Oak Street and Auburn Street. Construction crews will continue to finalize punch items. Minimal impact to traffic.

Indian Head Road Restoration Project: Driveway apron saw cutting. Minimal impact to traffic.

Potter Road and Surrounding Area: Sidewalk construction and curb work will continue on Potter Road. Traffic will be managed through the work zone utilizing a one lane alternating traffic management plan. 

Salem End Road: Construction crews will conduct drainage repair and improvements on Salem End Road from Badger Road to the Ashland town line and surrounding area. Expect traffic delays and possible detours.

Winter Street over CSX: NSTAR will continue utility relocation in the vicinity of the bridge. Minimal impact on traffic.
 
Construction activities are scheduled to take place daily (Monday through Friday) between the hours of 7 a.m. and 4 p.m.
