Brophy Elementary Celebrates Spirit Week with Sidewalk Chalk Mural

Brophy Elementary School students earned a Spirit Week for following the school's values program.

To celebrate Brophy Elementary School Spirit Week, students (and staff) created a 36-foot by 102-foot sidewalk mural outside the school on Friday, May 2, said Brophy Elementary School Assistant principal Sara Cummins.

"Students earned a spirit week last week for following the Brophy values," said Cummins.

"Friday was a great day. The kids and staff worked hard to create a spectacular mural for the school," said Cummins.

More than 500 boxes of chalk was used in the mural.
