Join Kate as she demonstrates how to prepare stuffed leafy greens, such as cabbage and collards, baked in an easy tomato sauce. This nutritious, healthy and quick meal is great to make with pre-cooked batches of brown rice and beans. It also gets better as leftovers served the next day for another meal – lunch or dinner.
