Framingham Public Schools Announce Early Release for Thursday

Snow and freezing rain are expected to make for hazardous driving conditions.

Updated Thursday at 5:30 a.m.: Marian High School is closed, as is Mass Bay Community College.

Sudbury Valley School in Framingham is closed on Thursday.

Original Story: Framingham Public Schools will release early on Thursday due to the expected snowstorm that is expected to hit the region.

According to an announcement on the district's website, school will open as scheduled in the morning. However, release times will be early, with the exact time dependent on the school.

Framingham High School will release students at 10:50 a.m., middle school students are dismissed at 11:25 a.m., McCarthy and Juniper Hill Schools are releasing at 12:15 p.m. and all other elementary schools will close for the day at 1 p.m.
