Framingham Schools Closed on Wednesday

Multiple media reports confirmed the news early Wednesday morning.

There is no school on Wednesday.
There is no school on Wednesday.
Add Framingham to the list of towns with excited students on Wednesday morning.

Students in Framingham have no need to continue running through their usual superstitious pre-snow routines. The decision has been made.

According to several media outlets, including CBS Boston, Framingham Public Schools will be closed on Wednesday.

I wish so very much that old, old information passed its useful life would be eliminated in a timely fashion. I read new news but old grates on me....

It would be nice if you mentioned Keefe Tech in the report as it is a separate cancellation from the Framingham Public schools..

Marian High was cancelled as was St. Bridget School, the charter school and Framingham State University. None of those were mentioned either in this report. I know the charter typically follows FPS, but Marian and St. Bridget don't always follow FPS. And no mention of Mass Bay either. MISS SUSAN! She would have known to do all the schools not just FPS.

This is what happens when you have an editor from Wilmington and not from Framingham. I'm sure Matt is a really nice guy, but he'll never be as close to what's going on in our town as he is in his own. Without the "hyper-local" near-real-time news that the Framingham Patch used to have, I might as well go back to reading the MWDN.
