This 90-minute class is intended for dancers, gymnasts, and other athletes who want to extend their reach and lengthen their bodies. This 90-minute stretch class will have you holding hip and chest openers long enough to see your flexibility and reach extend beyond anything you thought possible. And, by the time you leave, you will have released so much tension that your dreams will, indeed, be sweet!
