Framingham A's Make Playoffs; Meet Clinton On Diamond Tonight at Bowditch

The Framingham As baseball team will play Clinton in the semifinals tonight, July 25, at Bowditch Field's diamond at 7.

The Framingham A's, behind the pitching of Chris Casey, have advanced to the next round in the CNENL baseball playoffs.

Casey pitched all seven innings, allowing just two runs.

Framingham State alumni and Marian High graduate Will Crofton hit a solo home run in the first and went 3-4 on the night.

Framingham High grad Brenden Busa hit a 2-run home run in the sixth, scoring Kevin Lacey, to take the lead and seal the 3-2 win.

The Framingham A's play Clinton in the semifinals tonight, July 25, at Bowditch Field's diamond at 7.

The second game will be 11 a.m. in Clinton and a third game, if required, will be 11 a.m. in Clinton on Sunday.
