Framingham Freeze Win President's Cup

On Saturday morning in Medfield, the U14 girls soccer team the Framingham Freeze won the President's Cup by shutting out the Framingham Falcons.

Saturday morning, it didn't matter who won, Framingham was taking home the U14 girls President's Cup trophy.

That's because the two teams in the finals of the U14 girls President's Cup soccer match was the Framingham Falcons and the Framingham Freeze.

The Falcons defeated the Newton Stingrays 2-1, to earn a spot in the finals.

The Freeze defeated The Milton Comets 2-0, to earn their spot in the finals.

On Saturday morning in Medfield, the Freeze won the title shutting out the Falcons.

The Freeze are coached by Geary Stacey, with assistant Jim Barsanti.

The Falcons are coached by Steve Newcomb, Manny Figueroa and Pam Chalmers.
