Marian Sophomore Wins Cross-Country Race; Mustangs Lose Tri-Meet

Marian High School only has three girls on its cross-county team, so it shouldn't comes as a surprise it lost both contests in a tri-meet on Tuesday. Marian completed against Lowell Catholic and Nazareth High.

But, Marian High sophomore Megan Bubello won the tri-meet with a winning time of 21:55, said Marian High Cross-Country Head Coach Chris Collins.

Freshman Sherry Liu finished 10th out of 32 runners with a time of 27:37, said Collins.
