Xaverian Ends Flyers Volleyball Season
This was the final match for senior captains Andrew Bliss and Danillo Cardoso. It was also the final match for seniors Matt Chan and Andrew Netto.
Xaverian defeated the Framingham High boys volleyball team 3-1 at Framingham yesterday, in the opening round of the MIAA Division 1 Central division post-season tournament.
Framingham won the first game, but lost the next three games (21-25, 25-22, 25-20, 25-20).
The Xaverian Hawks, although seeded #6 in the tourney, traveled to Framingham for the match, as their gym is under construction. The Flyers were seeded #11 in the post-season tournament.
