  • Jeff Bauman in FraminghamJeff Bauman, ​who lost both his legs in the Boston Marathon bombings a year ago, ​will be at The Paper Store in Shoppers World ​today from 2 to 4 p.m. to sign copies of his inspirational memoir Stronger.
  • Bauman/Wiggle Your Toes Fundraiser at Uno's: ​This weekend (today and tomorrow) Uno's in Framingham will hold a Dough Raiser supporting Wiggle Your Toes, in honor of Jeffrey Bauman. ​Uno's will donate up to 20% of your check to this cause that helped Jeff in his recovery since the marathon tragedy last year.   • Library Book Sale: ​The Friends of the Framingham Library ​will hold its ​monthly book sale ​today from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the main Framingham Library. ​Friends of the Framingham Library members can shop early at 9:30 a.m. Explore ​the large selection of books, videos, books on CD, and other literary materials, all at discounted prices. Then stop by the ​"​Bag Room​"​ to fill a paper grocery bag with as many books as you can for just $5. 
  • ​Easter Vigil: The Lutheran Church of Framingham will hold an Easter Vigil tonight at 7 followed by a celebratory reception.
  • Beyond The Garden: ​Framingham artist Nan Hass Feldman's has a new, one-woman show at Fountain Street Fine Art. The gallery is open today and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Inspiration for her paintings comes from the artist’s recent experiences on the Greek island of Skopelos and in the jungle area of Boca de Tomatlan, Mexico. Her paintings evoke a child-like joy, and yet a more sophisticated appreciation of the possibilities of seeing a subject endlessly – through vibrant color, pattern, texture, and imagination.
