Doctor Peter Shrier was born in Newton, Massachusetts. He received his undergraduate education at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, and attended the University of Vermont College of Medicine from 1962-1966. From 1967-1969 Doctor Shrier served in the U.S. Navy as Senior Medical Officer, USS Boston, CAG 1. He received his Board Certification in 1974 from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He enjoys yachting, sailing, sports cars, and spending time with his family. He has a Lotus sports car that he enjoys driving simply for the thrill!
