I have known Donna for over 20 years. I knew her reputation as an elite real estate agent, so when we decided to sell our North Framingham home, I called Donna. We decided to move full time to our Cape Cod home. We wanted to list the house ASAP as the market was on a downward cycle. Donna came to our home and was very specific about the changes we should make before listing the house. She recommended a contractor who she works closely with who was able to get to work right away. Donna also suggested that we stage our home; we did and I would HIGHLY recommend that all sellers do the same. Within three months of listing our home with Donna we received and accepted the offer we had hoped for. We were in Europe when the offer came in. Donna was able to navigate through the time difference and communicate with us without any middle of the night calls! The entire process; from listing to closing went without a hitch. I would, without reservation, recommend Donna to anyone who is serious about buying or selling a home; she even worked with my daughter who bought her first home last year!

Donna is an awesome realtor and an amazing person! I highly recommended her. She is the best realtor I have ever dealt with -- I've bought and sold several homes over the last 18 years with many real estate agents: Donna is the only person I trust to handle any of my real estate dealings. Duh. I meant she sold my house in 2008. typo. I didn't even mention but should of that she also found us a piece of heaven that we live in now. thanks Donna, we love our new house too.

I cannot recommend Donna Moy Bruno enough! She sold my house in 2006 in 5 days. We were in a declining market with short sales happening in our neighborhood and Donna was able to find just the right buyers for our unique home. She is so dedicated and motivated. She is the best realtor I have ever met or worked with.
We were referred to Donna by a good friend who sold and bought a home with the help of Donna's expertise. We were not disappointed. Donna helped us find our home in Holliston in the summer of 2010. We were under a tight deadline as we wanted to be in our new home by the start of the new school year. Despite the fact that we were unwilling to look at any other towns and there were very few homes on the market that matched our criteria, Donna was undaunted. Once we decided to place an offer, Donna worked diligently to get the deal done despite several hiccups along the way. She helped us navigate these waters by referring us to both a mortgage broker and an attorney as we had neither. This team got us to closing in less than 30 days!
