H&R Block has many knowledgable taxpreparers, what I did not know if they are required to attend training year round, a minimum of 20 hours. They also get updated information prior to the new season. H&R Block is parntered with Ameriprise and has access to financial advisors and training sessions weekly. I had a great experience with H&R Block Framingham this year and my appointment for next year is already made.

H&R Block is great, we tried Turbotax online and got lost in all the questions. After 8 hours of trying we gave up and needed help. Our H&R Block taxpreparer knew our history and check to see if there were any life changes that would affect us financially. She is awesome!!!
The taxpreparers at H&R Block are great! The knowledge of multi family homes and employee stock options was great! I knew I was going to owe something but at the end of the discussion and personal appointment I felt more knowledgeable. I would refer them to anyone!
i can't say enough about how professional the preparer was who handled my taxes - they really know what they are doing and they seem to enjoy their work too.
H&R Block has a warm and friendly atmosphere. The tax personnel are knowledgeable of all tax situations including: Personal Income Tax, Estate/Trust, Corporations, Partnerships, etc. I went to them stressed out and came out relaxed and had a better understanding of my tax situation.
