J&M Diner deserves 10 stars. Not only is their food delicious, but the staff is amazing. I usually eat there on the weekends, (yes theirs a little bit of a wait, and there's a reason for it,) everyone wants high quality breakfast with high quality and friendly service...and it's worth it!. No matter how busy it can get, the girls do a wonderful job working together in such organized chaos, I call it: a well-oiled machine. Try their spicy buffalo chicken omelet, steak and cheese, western, or even creat your own; they have a variety of meats, cheeses and fresh vegetables, mmmm you can't go wrong. Or even try their thick cut cinnamon raisin bread French toast, or their fancy eggs Benedict with tomatoe and home made hollandaise, mmmmmm. What ever you do chose, its a winner either way. Go J&M!! J&M Diner, open since 1998, is a friendly, old-fashioned diner serving breakfest and lunch. It's very popular with the locals and known for its homemade comfort food, from steak and eggs and grilled cheese to French toast and pancakes.
On most weekday holidays they serve just breakfast and on some of the smaller holidays they will cook breakfast until the line for breakfast is gone. Then they will serve lunch until closing.
They are only closed on Christmas day!

This is a great family run business. Friendly staff, great food & service, kid friendly...I bring my grandson most every week. He likes the blueberry pancakes! Large portions you can share with a friend. There's a line on the weekend's so go early. I've been going since they opened.
I wrote a review for J&M back in 2010 in the early days of Patch, but wanted to update it. My kids and I have been regular visitors to J&M since it opened, and have never once been unhappy with the delicious (and huge ) meals or the incredibly friendly service.
First off,the food. My favorites for breakfast are the corned beef hash, kielbasa and eggs, or any variety of French toast. The steak tips and eggs are it of this world, as is the buffalo blue omelette.
It's a great place for the kids, they love everything on the "Simone's Corner" kids menu. Their favorites are the pancakes and the cheese omelette.
As others have mentioned, the hash browns are perfect, just as I like them crispy and just slightly burned.
The prices are not cheap, but you get a huge meal for the money. The coffee is pretty good, and they keep the cups filled, even when it's busy.
Owner's Dave and Karen are downright hospitable and friendly, even when the line is out the door. Karen is a Framingham native, and I can hardly go in there without seeing some old friend from town.
J&M is just a great place, it's far and away our favorite spot for breakfast anywhere in the area!

J&M Diner is far and away the best place in the area for breakfast. The menu is extensive and they always have interesting specials. The staff is friendly and attentive and most importantly, the food is fantastic!
The pancakes are huge, ingredients always fresh. Try the kielbasa and eggs, or the steak tips and eggs which are simply amazing.
Remember they only take cash, I have had to run over to the bank a few times over the years.
One of the true, great authentic diners...food is terrific and the atmosphere is always sunny inside. The true test of a great place, even people waiting for a table are happy. If you've never tried it your missing out on one of the best breakfast joints around!
J&M is by far the best place to have breakfast! They are clean, polite and most of all consistent! I've never had a bad meal there and the staff knew my name after the second visit. I felt at home right away! If you are looking for a great local well-cooked meal this is your place!

The J&M Diner is the best place for breakfast, hands down! The food is fresh & delicious (and creative, in addition to your classic breakfast items) with very generous portions. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is great - I love family-run businesses. It's often crowded but that's because it's fantastic! We live 40 minutes away and it's worth the drive.
I started going to J&M in '99 but unfortunately moved away for work. Since I moved back 4 yrs ago I have been going faithfully ever since! I work in Boston..so I greatly appreciate that they open EVERY DAY at 5:30am. There is always a cheerful happy waitress there to greet me & I never have to ask for anything..it's almost as if they can read my mind when I need another napkin or more coffee. They aren't just "order takers" there, They're genuinely interested in their customers. Asking how my 3 kids are, or how my holidays were. I feel like the staff here really loves what they do. At first I would always order the same thing, but it didn't take long before they were asking if I've ever tried their steak & cheese omelet..or the western sandwich special..or their pancakes w/ fresh strawberries/blueberries/bananas & whipped cream (i swear there had to be 1lb of fresh fruit on the pancakes that were so big they barely fit on the plate!)..& their corned beef hash and homefries? To DIE for!! I know a few people have come and gone over the years, but i have never seen a restaurant with such a consistent, dedicated and friendly staff. I even think one of the waitresses has been there for 13 years and is just like one of the family. If you have to wait a bit in line it's worth the wait, the food is delicious & it comes flying out of the kitchen. Thank you J&M for all your hard work over the years. Keep up the hard work, great food and superior service!
We travel from New Hampshire to enjoy the breakfast at J&M. Unbeatable! Their home fries are to die for and their french toast is yummy! The service is excellent and portion size is plenty!! You are the BEST!!!!
LOVE J& M. Dave is a world class chef who runs a world class diner with incredible attention, love and care for his patrons. His wife Karen and his girls, and his whole staff make the diner one of the most welcoming I've ever been to.
There are incredible breakfast choices-from simple to wild. Bring 8 people for breakfast, and everyone will fond something they love on the menu!

We love this place. Great omelets and home fries. I can get REAL iced coffee - not just hot coffee poured over ice. Wonderful staff. Family minded.
I LOVE J&M :) My parents have owned this place since I was a baby. They have worked so hard through the years to continue giving people what they love. I couldn't ask for a better job to have than to work at this diner. I've become so close with the customers and staff. It's really one big family :) I have tried almost everything on the menu through the years and it just keeps getting better. My favorite is the wicked sinful french toast or the Reeses pancakes!

Delicious breakfasts! My favorite thing is the crispy home fries, perfectly seasoned. Do you know ow many places have soggy home fries that disappoint me? Far too many! Not here! I get 2 scrambled eggs, and it's enough to feed three people. Love the girls in their jammies, and their service is with a smile! Hubby and I found this place by accident a few months ago, and we keep returning. Great place for breakfast.

The J&M Diner serves the best breakfast and lunch around. The healthy omelets, mouth watering french toast, and large pancakes are delicious. The homefries are addicting and "worth it". The sandwiches and soups make a perfect lunch. The staff is warm, friendly, and they always remember their patrons. I just love the J&M Diner!

I am there usually twice a week for breakfast. I'd come more if it weren't for work. Love this place. Fires on all cylinders! Great food! Great atmosphere! Great friendly service! Nice customers! Hands down - the BEST breakfast around ! My favorite-eggs benedict-can't be beat. The eggs,omelettes,pancakes, homefires,etc are fantastic.

Excellent place and we go often. Food is exceptional and worth the occasional long wait. One thing...please turn down the music. People go there to socialize and recently we couldn't hear each other!
