Kugel's Deli is a little gem around the side of the Trolley Square shopping area. Specializing in good old-fashioned Jewish comfort food, Kugel's doesn't disappoint. The menu includes bagels, challah french toast, omelets, lox and whitefish platters and an assortment of salads, soups and sandwiches. The selection is similar to that in most New York delis. We don't get out for breakfast often, but when my daughter gets a craving for bagels and lox, we head for Kugels! When we do stop in for breakfast, the owner is usually there paying close attention to details and all the staff , warm & friendly, and reaffirms one of the reasons why we choose to patronize family-owned establishments whenever possible. I usually order the Kugel and it's always been good ( my true favorite; Caraline Levy's homemade - delish! but not available on anyone's menu) Locals frequent the deli, so it's impossible to go there without running into someone we know which is always fun!
