During the cold weather months, MetroWest Boot Camp is located at the VaVa Voom Dance center in the Old Path Village shopping plaza on Concord Street. During the warm weather months, classes are held at Farm Pond Park (across from Barbieri School).
MetroWest Boot Camp is designed to provide a total workout experience. You work out in groups, getting to know the other "boot campers" and the instructors. Boot camp classes are taught by exercise training professionals, and classes are designed to meet all levels and needs. Morning and evening classes are available.
