I hope that everyone that's been affected by NECC understands that the FDA knew exactly what NECC was doing and had the legal authority to seize every single product they manufactured and shipped if it was not made in response to an individual prescription for an individual patient.
Please contact your representatives in Congress and have them ask the FDA why they allowed NECC to continue to illegally manufacture drug products.

You bastards! I got my steroid back injection on Sept. 25th and I am now playing the waiting game. Can't sleep or concentrate, getting all my affairs in order, just in case.
SO what's next for NECC? They will just declare bankruptcy and be protected. They will still live in the fancy houses and drive fancy cars, while folks lie dying in hospitals.
