Awful experience - had biopsy of liver done, was told to show up at hospital for 10:00. Was never told not to eat or to come in earlier for prep. The hospital told me the office is very discombobulated and that because I had come in at the time of the procedure they had to rush it. They ended up not getting a good specimen and I needed the procedure repeated in 2 weeks - this time I went to Beth Isreal, excellent experience!
