I used to consider myself a Maxxinista. For years I shopped, without a problem until I went to the Framingham location. I was at the store for about 2.5hrs with my two kids and had a cart with several selections for the family. At the register CADY (very UGLYyou cannot miss her) assisted me. One of the items was a pair of converse that was marked down. She looked at the converse, looked at me and started peeling the sticker.I said what are you doing,she said this is the wrong sticker and UGLITO continued to peel. She then went to her manager (did not get his name- a rotund guy) spoke to him and came back saying.I cannot give you this price. I asked her to speak to the manager and right away they both believed that I had something to do with their sticker. I had items in my cart worth over $200 dollars yet I (a professional/engineer) will take the time to remove stickers with my kids in tow??She disgusted me and he was just as HOLLOW as her. Neither took the time to call someone on the floor. I was mortified considering my kids were there to see this. it was HORRIBLE! I have never shopped at a TJ Maxx again and I have told all my coworkers. I was sooo disgusted I tossed back all my purchases to both MORONS most of which were not marked down. Trust me, it is ALWAYS, THE FAT UGLY ONES, THAT LACK BEHAVIOR. Her face is filled with zits,she lacks customer service. They have left a HORRIBLE taste in my mouth and I have NEVER been back. Shop any where else for professional service!Uh
