The Town of Framingham Resource Recovery Center (Recycling) is useable by permit only. $10 permits are valid for a calendar year and can be purchased at the Mount Wayte Avenue Recycling Drop-Off Center during its normal hours of operation by either cash or check.
Permits are available for residents only. To receive a permit, a resident must present vehicle registration and allow an employee to make a copy of it. Visit their website for a list of acceptable recyclable materials.
