Police say a Framingham man, 29, robbed AV's Market II on Tuesday and the Raj Mini Market on Sunday.
Framingham Police arrested a Greenview Street resident Tuesday night and charged him with armed robbery of two markets. Ramon Roman, 29, 6 Greenview St., Apt. 116, was arrested at his residence. He was charged with two counts of armed robbery. Police say he held up AV's Market II on Tuesday, Feb. 5 and Raj Mini Market, 80 Waverly St. Sunday night. An employee at AV's II Market told Police a black man wearing a black hooded jacket and latex gloves pointed a silver handgun at the clerk and threatened to shoot him, if the clerk didn’t give him money, said Framingham Police Lt. A man, who robbed a Waverly Street market Tuesday night, is still wanted by police.
Framingham Police are still looking for the man who robbed AV's II Market at 890 Waverly St. Tuesday night around 7:30 p.m. A manhunt, with dogs, did not lead to an arrest.
