Steven Levy was arrested in Framingham over the weekend.
Framingham Police arrested former Marlborough City Councilor and State Rep. Steven Levy early Saturday morning. Steven Levy, 48, of 61 O'Grady Road in Marlborough was arrested Saturday morning at 5:15 a.m. on charges of domestic assault and battery at the Framingham Police Station, according to police. The incident occured in the parking lot of the Chicken Bone in Framingham, according to police. Levy came to the police station to be booked at the request of Framingham police, said Framingham Police Lt. Ronald Brandolini. Levy's wife Sharon stated on Tuesday that he was not speaking to the press about the incident. Levy lost his bid for re-election to Danielle Gregoire last year.
